Let’s get you riding again.
For the highest chance of success, here are some ways you can see if your battery is likely to make a full recovery before sending it in:
Make sure your board is NOT a V1.
There are a few ways to tell if your battery is a V1, and the simplest way is to look at your battery.
If your battery has only one main light by the power button and no capacity indicator lights, you have a V1.
If you have a V1, we can still help you find someone who can fix your board’s battery!
Does this error appear?
If your error code is different, please contact us and we can help diagnose remotely what may be the issue.
Did it happen recently?
If you got this error literally yesterday, your battery is likely to make a full recovery!
We have found with our experience that batteries that have been sitting dormant for over a year usually present with dead or dying cells that do not perform to spec.
Does the battery still light up when unplugged from the wall?
If there are no error lights or anything whatsoever, your battery may have dead or dying cells, or a blown fuse.
Blown fuses usually occur while riding when the rider experiences a sudden loss of power and is unable to power on the board or display error codes until it is plugged back in.
Blown fuses seem to occur much more frequently if you own a Mini X.

If you’re USA-based, go ahead and send it to us if you believe that your battery will make a full recovery!
