Need your battery fixed?
Our Methodology
First, we collect medical history and symptoms via the Diagnose my Battery form.
Then, we get back in contact with you when an initial diagnosis is made. If it believed to be fixable, the case is greenlit, you would request the treatment of your choice and you would send the battery our way.
After the battery is received, a formal diagnosis is made and the requested treatment is conducted.
After treatment, the battery is monitored and tested. After testing, payment is requested.
After testing has passed and payment has been received, the battery is shipped back with post-care instructions.
